Those applying for The IC&RC Examination, a booklet will emailed to you on procedures along with a letter of Agreement to be signed.
Cost of the Examination is in dollars and the same will be translated in the current rate of the day. $150.00
Applicants must go through the Code of Ethics, Sign the document and return it to IADCC

Principals of IADCC Certification

Certification is based on competence and knowledge about alcohol and drug problems rather than on academic achievements alone. Authority for this certification comes from IC&RC/AODA, a Consortium of 72 member boards internationally representing professionals working in Chemical dependency who share a common concern for standards and competence.

The basic requirement for Certification is the demonstration of competence in alcohol and drug counseling skills. Application for certification is completely voluntary. Certification is offered to both members and non-members of the IC&RC Alcohol & Drug Counselor’s Certification Trust for India ,as long as they are residents of India over 51% of the time.

Criteria

• Must be at least undergraduate of any descipline from any recognized college/university
• Accreditation given to those from SAARC Countries
• Must be a resident of the country of the country (hold citizenship) Dual citizenship will not be accepted.
