History

The IC&RC International Alcohol and Drug Counselor’s Certification Trust for India was founded in July 2011 India to meet the overwhelming need for accreditated trained Drug & Alcohol Counselors.

It was initiated by Dr. Mary Crocker Cook from California whose contribution cannot be forgotten. The Trust was reconstituted on September 5th 2012 and so also a Board of Directors.

The trust is headed by Ranjana Pavamani whose father Dr.Vijayan Pavamani pioneered Drug Rehabilitation in India from 1975.
